Designation recognizes expertise in infrastructure design, security and DevOps
Logicworks, an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Consulting Partner in the AWS Partner Network (APN), today announced that it recently achieved AWS Managed Service Provider Partner status. The new distinction means Logicworks joins a select group of AWS partners that have passed a rigorous third-party audit designed to validate excellence in AWS Cloud design, migration and management.
To qualify for the AWS Managed Service Partner status, APN Partners must pass a comprehensive, third-party audit of their cloud management programs. Logicworks’ accomplishment provides independent validation of their operational excellence in AWS infrastructure design, DevOps practices, and security, which includes incident management, log management, and performance monitoring and alerting. With a twenty-two year history as a premium managed service provider, Logicworks is uniquely capable of delivering a predictable and consistent customer experience as an ongoing extension of their clients’ operations.
“As we continue our commitment to modernizing the way we deliver media and content online and transforming the way our fans engage with our brand, we are pleased to have an expert partner like Logicworks on board,” says Chris Schlosser, Vice President, Digital of Major League Soccer. “We chose Logicworks for their experience in next-generation DevOps software automation and management of large, complex infrastructures. Logicworks’ achievement of status in the AWS MSP Partner Program reaffirms we made the right choice.”
The AWS Managed Service Partner Program recognizes service providers that deliver continuous innovation on the AWS platform. Logicworks has invested heavily in R&D and training with more than 50 AWS certifications across the company, many professional level. This accreditation acknowledges Logicworks’ strategic vision in DevOps, security and compliance, and operations automation, which empowers enterprise clients to take advantage of the latest cloud technologies and enforce infrastructure best practices.
“Managing AWS requires a deep understanding of the customer application and operating frameworks in order to map infrastructure strategy to application and business strategy,” says Stephanie Tayengco, SVP of Operations, Logicworks. “Our new membership in the AWS Managed Service Partner Program further validates how we’ve operationalized managed services on top of AWS to help customers both deploy new workloads in the cloud and keep those applications running successfully over the long term as their requirements change and evolve.”
